Kiddygifts accept cheque's and postal orders made payable to Lyons Promotions. With cheque's please record your name and address on the reverse side.
Any goods paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until funds have been cleared which could take up to 10 days.

At Kiddygifts we believe in plain English. Kiddygifts which is part of Lyons Promotions will never pass any of your personal details onto any other company. If you opt in to allow us to e-mail you our regular news letter and occasional special offers then we will. We will never mail you with any other service or products other than those sold by Lyons Promotions.
The only personal items of information we hold are your e-mail address and name.

Prices
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 17.5% except exempt items.
Can I Complain
If you have any reason for complaint, please e-mail or telephone us. We will investigate your complaint and make an offer to resolve it within 48 hours, but usually much sooner.
Can I Cancel
To cancel an order please e-mail or telephone us. It is helpful if you have the order reference number. Any order may be cancelled before receipt or within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. Goods unreturned within 30 days may be collected by us at the customers expense and deducted from the refund.
Buying
1 You can process your order by placing the articles you wish to purchase buy clicking the add to cart button which is located on all the items pages. This will then process you to the secure Roman Cart payment system page. From here you can either continue shopping or pay for your goods by clicking the relevant link. If you select the pay button this will take you to a selection of payments where you can pay buy PayPal,Google or Nochex
