All items where possible will be sent by 2nd class Royal Mail post or parcel service and must be signed for at the point of delivery

 

Any large items we retain the right to send via parcel carrier of our choice

 

All delivery times are subject to Royal Mail and Carriers terms and conditions which we have no control over.

Returns

We make every effort to deliver the goods safety and in good condition but in the event of damage please notify us by

In the event of a faulty product we will be happy to refund or exchange the product subject to our inspection within 28 days.

 

All returned items must have written conformation from Kiddygifts along with all packing and a completed returns form sent by Kiddygifts and kindly filled in by yourselves.
